Government Affirms its Pledge to Meet its Financial Commitments for Implementing Darfur Peace Agreement

Sudan government has affirmed its commitment to implement its financial commitments, amounting to two billion dollars, for implementing the Doha Document for Peace in Darfur.
Addressing Wednesday a celebration held in Nyala, South Darfur State, to mark inauguration of the Legislative Assembly of Darfur Regional Authority, Taha said that a credit letter of 800 million pounds, ratified by the Central Bank, was issued to provide fnance for Darfur Rehabilitation Fund.

President Al-Bashir gives directive for removing obstacles facing Saudi investments

President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, has gaven a directive for removing any impediments facing investments of Saudi Arabia in Sudan, describing the Sudanese-Saudi economic relation as distinguished.

Al-Jazz Inspects Work Progress in Red Sea State Oil Institutions

The Minister of Petroleum Dr. Awad Ahmed Al-Jazz inspected last Wednesday the oil institutions and units of his ministry at the Red Sea State.
The minister met with the workers at the oil sector and got acquainted with the progress of work there. The tour of Dr. Al-Jaz covered Bashair Port for export of crude oil and the Green Port for handling of oil materials besides the facilities of oil pipeline.

Arab Monetary Fund extends loan of $ 45 million to Sudan

Sudan Oil Production Amounts to 140,000 Barrels a Day: Al-Jazz
