The yesterday newspapers had shyly published the story of the decision of the chairman of the Umma Party, Al-Saddig al-Mahdi to sack Dr. Musa Maddibbo finally from the membership of the party. This kind of news doesn’t attract the attention of the reader. He prefers those dealing with his everyday worries, instead. A joint meeting to address economic measures and obligations

A joint meeting, included the Central Bank of Sudan, the General Union of Sudanese Businessmen and the Union of Sudanese Banks, which was held Monday at the Meeting Hall of the Central Bank of Sudan, underscored the need to address the issue outstanding obligations of the private sector to the banks before implementation of the recent economic package of measures on mobilization of the dollar’s exchange rate and increase of the exchange rate of customs’ dollar.

African Communication Conference to Discuss Information Security Draft

Khartoum – The Minister of Communications, Dr. Issa Bushra confirmed that more than 18 African countries have agreed to participate in the African telecommunication ministers’ conference to be held in Khartoum in the period 2-6 next September.
