Sudan grants Qatar Seven Squares for Gold Mining

Sudan’s ambassador to Doha, Qatar Yasir Khidir said the upcoming period would witness an increase in Qatari investments in Sudan, reported local media Sunday quoting the ambassador by saying.

Foreign Minister addresses meeting of the African Peace and Security Council

Foreign Minister, Ali Ahmed Karti addressed the meeting of the African Peace and Security Council which was held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The Minister reviewed efforts made by Sudan to meet the commitments of the Council’s roadmap and the United Nations Security Council resolution 2046.
He pointed out Sudan has seriously engaged negotiations with State of South Sudan to solve the disputed issues, referring to possibility of reaching agreeable solutions to all issues.
