President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, arrived on Friday afternoon at the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, at the head of a high-level delegation to take part at the 19th African Union Summit.

9000 Families Return Home from Refuge’s Camps in Chad

Darfur central state government reveals the return of more than 9,000 families from refuge’s camps in Chad and settled at some villages of Bandasi locality in the state.
Meanwhile arrangements have started to rehabilitate hosting villages to accommodate the returnees. Elements loyal to SLM of Mani Arko Menawi faction were killed in a clash that erupted between the faction’s loyalists on the background that some of them quit the movement and joined Justice and Equality movement.
