The Canadian State Petroleum Company has announced desire to invest at the oil in Sudan.
The Minister of Oil, Dr. Awad Ahmed Al-Jazz, affirmed during a meeting with the delegation of the company Wednesday that the door of Sudan is open for all companies to invest in the oil field.

UNIDO Director General to visit Sudan

The Director General of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Kandeh Yumkellaو is due to visit Sudan during April 27 – 30 in response to an invitation from the Minister of Industry, Engineer Abdul-Wahab Mohamed Osman.
The minister said that the visit aims to attract funding from donor countries and organizations for industrial projects in Sudan, holding talks on horizon of the bilateral cooperation and to reactivate the work of the joint committee.

Al-Sisi: Voluntary Return a Priority for Darfur Regional Authority

The Darfur Regional Authority (DRA), during the forthcoming phase, will focus on the voluntary return programmes for IDPs and refugees after security and stability are restored in Darfur, DRA Chairman, Al-Tigani Al-Sisi, has said.
