The Sudan News Agency (SUNA) has launched its Short Message Service (SMS) to the Sudanese expatriates in Saudi Arabia.
The new SMS service will enable the Sudanese people in Saudi Arabia to receive breaking, political, sports, university, business and economic, currency, investment and banking news as well as the news of the Sudanese community in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through Mobily Telecommunication Company.

The federal Minister of Culture, Al-Samawa’al Khalfalla, announced that the Festival of Sudan Nights will be held in May all over Sudan states, under auspices of the First Vice – President of the Republic, ALI Osman Mohamed Taha.

Libyan military official commends Sudan efforts in support for 17 February revolution

The Chief of staff of the Libyan General Command, Maj. Gen. Ahmed Al Mangush, has commended the Sudan efforts in support for the February 17 Revolution in Libya.
Following his meeting Monday with Gen. Ismat Abdul-Rahman, the Chief of the Staff, Al Mangush indicated in A press statement that his visit to Sudan aims to discuss different aspects of cooperation.
He said that the relations between Sudan and Libya are based on brotherhood and mutual trust.
