Agricultural Bank to fund animal resources investment

The Sudanese Agricultural Bank organized Thursday a symposium on the impact of south Sudan secession on the animal resources sector and the veterinary profession
The symposium was inaugurated by the Secretary General of the Higher Council for the Decentralized Government in the presence of the representatives of the Ministry of the Development of Human Resources and the Sudanese Veterinary Council
Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Agricultural Bank, Prof. Fathi Mohamed Khalifa, said that the animal resources represents the backbone of the Sudanese economy a matter which has led to allocating 40% of the Agricultural Bank funds to finance the various fields of animal resources investment
He affirmed readiness of the bank to fund the projects that serve this field as priority after the departure of oil from the gross domestic product (GDP). product
