$ 628 million volume of trade between Sudan, Egypt

The head of the International Trade Point in Egypt’s Ministry of Industry and Foreign Trade, Dr. Hussein Omran, confirmed that the volume of trade between Egypt and Sudan in the year 2010 was 628 million dollars, with an increase of 3.5% more than in the former year, meanwhile, Egypt’s exports to Sudan during 2010 amounted to 586 million dollars while imports amounted to 42 million dollars
He added that the point of international trade point has recently signed a cooperation agreement between the points of international trade in Egypt and the Sudan aimed at training cadres and individuals , where a number of traing courses were arranged in order to raise the capacity of workers at the Sudanese Trade Point especially in the states and to establish a new trade points
