$ 628 million volume of trade between Sudan, Egypt

The head of the International Trade Point in Egypt’s Ministry of Industry and Foreign Trade, Dr. Hussein Omran, confirmed that the volume of trade between Egypt and Sudan in the year 2010 was 628 million dollars, with an increase of 3.5% more than in the former year, meanwhile, Egypt’s exports to Sudan during 2010 amounted to 586 million dollars while imports amounted to 42 million dollars

Sudan has participated in Asia Conference for oil and gas, which took place in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur, in early current June at the invitation of the Malaysian PETRONAS Petroleum Company. The delegation of Sudan was headed by the State Minister for Oil Engineer, Ali Ahmed Osman
